About the local dojang
Full Circle Dojang is proudly led by owner Mr. Cappella, who is also the full-time Head Instructor — teaching on the mat every day, guiding students personally, and sharing the martial arts journey with his own children as they grow through the school.
FCD is more than a martial arts school. This isn’t just our dojang — it’s where our own family trains, grows, and becomes stronger alongside yours. We are a place where students are encouraged, families are welcomed, and confidence grows every day.
From the first class to black belt and beyond, our dojang community is here to support every student’s journey. Where Students Become Leaders and Families Become Community.

Kids Martial Arts
Ages 4-12
Fun karate classes for children to improve their confidence, focus, discipline and bully defense skills while developing a winning attitude for life.
Teen Martial Arts
Ages 12-15
The ultimate way for your teenager to build grit, respect, self-esteem and athletic skills, while having lots of fun through martial arts!
Adult Martial Arts
Ages 16+
Great kickboxing and martial arts workout that burn calories, while developing more focus, inner strength and self-discipline.
Our Class Schedule
We value the parents’ need for flexibility.
Pick up to 2 days a week to come to class. We may see you on different days on different weeks, no need to let us know.(Although we always love to hear from you!) Perfect for events, vacations, other sports/activities, and obligations. We respect that. We’ll reach out if we haven’t seen you in a bit to make sure you or your child is on track to level up to their next belt on cycle with the rest of their class. *Schedule posted below. We cater to outside programs.
Full Circle Dojang partners with local camps, organizations, trainers, and community programs to offer flexible martial arts sessions, facility rentals, off-site instruction, and customized group experiences.
Whether group programs are brought to our school for enrichment classes, outside instructors use our space for private training, or our instructors are hired to lead martial arts sessions at another location—we are proud to provide a welcoming, professional environment and high-energy programming for groups & individuals of all kinds.

We do Summer Camp!
Sign your kid up for guaranteed F-U-N this summer! Best part? It's open to Full Circle and Non-Full Circle Students, so you can let your friends and family know. We will focus on fun and games, and throw in a bit of Martial Arts as well.
